Mindful Eating Workshop Series

Love Your Food, Love Your Body is a workshop designed to guide you toward cultivating awareness around eating and honoring yourself and your body exactly where you are. This workshop may be for you if you feel overwhelmed by food choices, have had trouble recognizing your needed food intake and would like support establishing healthy eating habits. We will explore our relationships to food from a psychospiritual perspective and will consider the cultural and familial messages that we carry, while identifying personal patterns around eating in a group setting. Together, we will explore the concept of mindful eating, learn tools and techniques to apply mindful eating in daily life, and create space in our lives for moving beyond our current barriers. I hope you’ll join me.

We will meet Saturday morning Oct 22nd at 9:30am – 12:30pm at Peace.Strength.Yoga.
