Raw foods are inherently cleansing, cooling and rich in live enzymes and beneficial bacteria. As an abundance of fruits and vegetables become locally available, raw foods can be included in our diets more frequently to bring about renewal and balance. Many of us can benefit from taking in more raw foods as the temperature warms and we become more physically active.
